On 16/05/2007, Richard Busby told us: >Hi all, > >I've been setting up SpamBayes for my IMAP server, and I've got a question >regarding the filtering mechanism that I can't find an answer to on the >FAQ or list archives. If these are repeat questions, my apologies in >advance - and please point me to where the answers are :) I think that sb_imapfilter is mainly intended for users who can only access their IMAP as clients. If you administer your own server, then I think that it is better to train the database directly.
I am using more or less the configuration described at: http://www.hypexr.org/linux_mail_server.php It is based on postfix and procmail, but I think you should be able to extend the principals to exim. Note that the spambayes training stuff is near the bottom of the page. regards, Mike _______________________________________________ [email protected] http://mail.python.org/mailman/listinfo/spambayes Check the FAQ before asking: http://spambayes.sf.net/faq.html
