It sounds like you haven't told SpamBayes to put possible spam in the Junk Suspects folder. (This makes sense to me. I like to have SpamBayes put spam and possible spam in different folders than Outlook does, partly so I can keep track of who's doing what, but mainly so I can have SpamBayes process messages that Outlook thinks look like spam.) You can use the SpamBayes Manager (available on the menu that drops down when you click SpamBayes on the Outlook toolbar) to check how your filtering is set up. The Filtering tab allows you to specify where spam and possible spam should go.
