Hello, I have read some comments about Outlook 2007, Spambayes 1.0.4. works here without any problems, and filter out spam very well. (OL2007 from Office 2007 professional on Vista 32 Ultimate)
With newer versions from spambayes I can confirm the same issues in the link from jesse.
