Thanks Skip. I had looked at the FAQ but didn't see one that specifically
mentioned Plug-in problems, but your right the link of FAQ 3.1 helped out.

I had to do the Help / About Outlook / Disabled Items / Re-enable trick to
get the SpamBayes plug-in working again.

There was a pretty nasty Outlook crash / hang that happened a couple days
ago and I suspect that's when Outlook disabled the SpamBayes plug-in. It's
working fine now.
