Dale,

Sorry for the late response to this, but, ironically, Gmail had flagged your
mail as spam.

Now that it's rescued, it turns out to be pure ham! Disabling the internal
proxy as you suggest does the trick. Not sure where it got reset, but after
a crash and trashed prefs.js, it could have been anything....

But we're up and running again now, so I reckon that's a tick!

Thanks to all

Dave

Dave,

Have you checked the options settings of the ThunderBayes extension. If
"Use internal SpamBayes proxy" is checked, disable it and try again.
I can verify that if you already have SpamBayes installed and also let
ThunderBayes' internal proxy run, you will get conflicts.

Good luck,
Dale

Note that this is ThunderBayes, not part of the SpamBayes project proper.

Sure. Start here:

    http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=61702

Scroll down to this link: spambayes-1.1a4-070629.exe.

Dave> I have renamed and forced a recreate of hammie.db, but am still

I don't see anything else it could be. Try reposting this information to

the spambayes mailing list. I am not a Windows user, so I can't really help

you track down the culprit file.

Also, looking more closely at your traceback, it seems that ThunderBayes

might include its own version of SpamBayes. If so, the above link might not

do you much good. Ask the ThunderBayes folks.
