I can verify that SpamBayes works with Incredimail installed on a W2K pro workstation where Spambayes is installed on a server and filters for our entire organization.  Its setup was identical to Outlook Express.  In addition, the AVG proxy server is situated between the client and the SpamBayes proxy.  It is required that I support several mail clients, and so far, all have worked with sb_server.
