What have you done so far? Have you installed it? If so, do you see some new buttons in the Outlook toolbar? It would be helpful to know what version of SpamBayes and Windows you have. Among other things, I think that which buttons you see depends on the SpamBayes version, and different versions of Windows have different issues.
