I think the slashed circle is just part of the icon for Outlook's Junk E-mail folder, nothing to worry about. Please see the FAQ for the disappeared Junk Suspects folder: http://spambayes.sourceforge.net/faq.html#help-i-deleted-the-unsure-spam -folder.

Also I recently have seen mail being downloaded and then just disappear off the screen - I think it's going to the Junk Suspect folder but I don't know where the folder went too???
