I can't contribute anything technical to this discussion since I don't use
the Outlook plugin myself, but I will note that since Mark is the author of
the plugin he's more than likely able to get it to work. ;-)

If you think there is a bug, then sure, documenting what you see as a bug
report is a good idea, even if it turns out not to be.
