There should be a SpamBayes toolbar in Outlook. Click the "SpamBayes" button on the toolbar, select "SpamBayes Manager..." from the menu that drops down, and click the "Configuration Wizard..." button on the tabbed dialog that displays. These directions work for me with the 1.1 alpha version; there may be differences with version 1.0. (Note that there's nothing scary about the alpha version - I've been using it for years without problems. It's called "alpha" because none of the developers has had the right combination of time, expertise, tools, and interest to make a "production" release, but it's very stable.)
