Phil, It may be that the "score" of the junk emails exceeds the threshold for the suspects folder. This is a result of the training; those emails are classed as junk or spam by Spambayes. Open the Spambayes manager and click on the Filtering tab. There you will see (and you can set) the scores for suspect and junk email.
