I just google a bit and looks like open relay server is not popular in this 
area any more.

I don't know if anyone is still running a honeypot using spampot.py.  To get
spam into your honeypot you need to publish the email address which feeds
into the pot.  Posting messages on mailing lists or Usenet newsgroups which
include that email address in the Reply-To: header is probably the best way.
Also, you will probably need to put the honeypot address out there
repeatedly.
