I believe the Windows .exe download comes bundled with a Python
interpreter. Is there something in C:\Python or C:\Program Files\Python?
(Also, when I wrote "Works for me" I meant that I was able to download the
.exe from the prdownloads.sourceforge.net website. I don't run Windows so I
can't actually execute the installer.)
