Julian,
When I got my mail directly and pasted Spam into the report spam window, it worked
fine. Now that you are retrieving my mail with POP3 and filtering/forwarding to me
the reports always target my ISP as the source rather than the real offending source.
I have to use "view", and strip off the top two lines of the headers and then paste to
get reports to the true offenders.

For example of wrong report see:
http://spamcop.net/w3m?i=z22551134z597a5da9d4769cd48e279b4f0f35009dz

For correct report check:
http://spamcop.net/w3m?i=z22551025z657368c0d5b25c6fc48af6b2d85320a3z

Is this something you can correct or is my ISP needing to work on their DNS or some
other technical issue?

Thanks.
