Granted, the site appears to be still up - but without investigating each report
that an incident has been resolved SpamCop has to believe the word of the ISP or
web host - until proven otherwise.
If you're a paying member of SpamCop you might be able to appeal and get a
SpamCop deputy to remove the block on sending reports. "Freeloaders" like me
can only hope that a kind hearted paying member will ask that the incorrect
information be removed.
Personally, I severely mistrust any report that says an issue has been resolved
"sometime after no date available" and usually manually LART those.
