[SC-Help] mass attack

I've been subscribed to Spam Cop for well over a year or more.  I even turned off the senders' ability to "click" their way through to me, as if they were legitimate.  Yesterday, (Wed 25th) I got nuked with over 30 spam messages in my "Held Mail."   It will take a while to report these all one by one.  Is there anything else I can do besides this?  It is quite discouraging to basically take this email address out of circulation for the most part and still get bombarded on a regular basis.   Thanks for any help Steve Mayo
