The header text after the To: keyword is just for information. It does not mean anything for the e-mail system. It's like an address copy inside the envelope. The mailman only reads what is written on the envelope but does not open it. Thus, the courtesy copy inside has nothing to do with the actual delivery. You are requesting to discard e-mail sent to you which does not repeat your address inside the envelope. SpamCop can do that for you if you register as a paying user.
