Sorry, but there isn't any way to do bulk "closes."
On the other hand, it's not your job to close those issues. Leave them
open so the next victim can send his complaints without having to appeal
the issues.
No sympathy for FFA sites and referral pages that don't verify addresses
before sending mail.
