Um.  Complainants are fully responsible for the reports they send.  
SpamCop is not responsible for them reporting something that is 
not spam.  However, the deputies can usually help deal with such 
things (and it sounds like this person should probably be 
fined/banned).  Just have your ISP email a copy of the report with 
a brief explanation of the situation to <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>.  If 
it's obvious that you shouldn't have been the target of the 
report, I'm sure it will be simple to point that out to them.  
They might also be able to explain why the problem occurred...it's 
usually something to do with how the headers are (improperly) 
configured.
