What about option to allow matching i.e. 3 (or maybe even 2) parts of
IP address? Pretty often seen, i.e.

11.22.33.44  =>   44.33.22.foo.bar

or (just seen in logs)

11.22.33.44 => host44-33-dynamic.22-11-x.foo
