Thanks for the answers. It was my stupid own fault. I had a cronjob running which deletes "spamdyke mailbox directories" if it doesn't exist as real mailbox. The email itself has no mailbox attached: Everytime the cron job was running it deleted the directory. By that the email never got greylisted.
