You could try sniffing the relevant connections to make absolutely sure, or increase log verbosity. Fwiw, I get these messages when the backend qmail-smtpd refuses a message, and spamdyke doesn't know/care why. For example, the recipient may be invalid, or the client may have tried to exceed the databytes limit.
