usernames in that header field.

It was not clear from docuemtation that this would work as the examples
are only about Subject field.

Unfortunately no, spamdyke can't block messages based only on the
username. It has a wildcard format to block any username at a given
domain name but no wildcard to block a given username at any domain.
However, if the sender also puts the username in the "From" line of the
message, the header blacklist filter could block it. Hopefully that
would work for you.
