[spamdyke-users] configuration.c for clang

I see at

it's a high priority to "Refactor configuration.c so it will compile 
with Clang instead of only gcc."

One of my fellow pkgsrc developers attempted this: 
https://www.netbsd.org/~joerg/spamdyke.diff

Beware, neither of us has tested it. But if it helps solve the problem, 
please include it (or something like it) in Spamdyke.
