Hi,

Spanning Sync does not sync or communicate with MobileMe at all, so it
can't be Spanning Sync that's the "other computer".  I would guess
that Sync Services is confused and you should be able to resolve this
by resetting it:

* Open iSync (in /Applications)
* Go to preferences
* Click Reset Sync History
* Try syncing again
