Hi ladydarby, It may or may not be the same problem, but Ruben needed to replace the Spanning Sync keychain items:
* Quit out of System Preferences (if open) * Open Keychain Access (in /Applications/Utilities) * Select "All Items" from the Category list on the left * Search for "spanning" * Delete all matching items * Open the Spanning Sync pref pane * Enter your account information If that doesn't work for your problem, could you send us a troubleshooting report? * Open the pref pane * Click Advanced * Click Create Report * Email the file that appears on your desktop to [email protected] Thanks, Byron On Dec 16, 7:43 pm, ladydarby <[email protected]> wrote: > Care to share the answer with the rest of us?
