Do you have contact syncing enabled (Contacts > Sync contacts)? If so, and the contact didn't sync, you might want to check the log (Advanced > Open Log Window) to see if there's any indication of why it didn't sync. If you still need help, please create a problem report (Advanced > Create Report...) and email it to [email protected] along with a description of the problem including the name of the contact that didn't sync.
