Hi,

You can't really perform a one-way sync, but if you want to replace
the contacts on Google with the data in your Address Book, you can
simply delete all the contacts in Google, setup Spanning Sync to sync
contacts, and sync. This first sync will essentially move all your
Address Book data to Google and not return anything since all that
data was deleted off of Google. To be safe, you may want to backup
your Address Book data before performing the sync.

Thanks,

Byron
