My subscription ends in a month and I will be mostly out of the office during that time. I can't seem to find an option to buy a lifetime membership from the website or the product.
Actually, it doesn't tell new users how to buy the product either right from the site. As a web developer I'd suggest you have a "buy" link at the top of the page. Even if it just brings you to a page that explains to the user that they "must" download the trial, wait for it to expire, then you'll get a "buy" option - at least it alleviates the confusion (Just a thought to all the possible lost revenue from confused users :) ). Yes, I know it explains this if they dig around in the FAQs, but users are looking for that "Buy" link that lists prices and a purchase option. The past two times I've just purchased 1-year licenses, but since I'm going on year three I figure I should just purchase the lifetime membership. So is it possible for me to purchase the lifetime membership now or do I have to wait for the product expiration date to get closer? -Jeff C --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Spanning Sync" group.
