Spanning Sync does not support group-to-group syncing of contacts.
All the contacts involved in the sync process will sync to your 'My
Contacts' list in Google.

You can choose which Address Book groups are included in the sync
process, but they are all going to sync to the 'My Contacts' list in
Google.
