I purchased Spanning Sync. My receipt is below. I believe I installed a trial version over the paid version, or something to that effect. When trying to use Spanning Sync I get a message "of how many days left of trial and do I want to buy." Is there a place to enter my key code or serial number? If so, what is that number and where do I enter it. My receipt for the purchase is below:
