Hi, Spanning Sync isn't located online in your Google account. You have to open the 'System Preferences' application on your Mac. The 'System Preferences' application is located in the 'Applications' folder on your hard drive. Once 'System Preferences' is open you have to click on the 'Spanning Sync' icon to open it.
