Hi Jed, Spanning Sync is fully compatible with Lion. The only issue we've seen is with some users installing Lion onto a separate partition than Snow Leopard, which results in the login item being launched from the wrong place. The fix for that is easy: remove all Spanning Sync items from Users & Groups > Login Items, then open the Spanning Sync pref pane. It will add the correct path to the user's Login Items.
