I have used various kinds of these in the past, some with success and some not. The real issue is that some KVM's confuse the converter and something goes wrong. This one doesn't have a seperate power feed, right? Those suck power off the keyboard and video connectors. Well, the black one I have sucks it off both... I don't think we are doing anything very wrong, except perhaps it is timing related...
