Greets, I am having nothing but grief getting Linux 5.2 up on my Sparc 10. I have a floppy with the latest boot.img, 80 Mb of RAM, 1Gb SCSI HD, CDROM --- all configured and working. When I boot from the floppy, I get the following message: Uncompressing image... PROMLIB: obio_ranges 5 root child is ffd47760 Found CPU 0 <node=ffd66150, mid=87 ...then she hangs: no shift or numlock response, no action, no HD activity, no further messages, even after sitting for over an hour. Any thoughts, hints, suggestions?? I understand there is an "expert mode" for installation that bypassess hardware detection, but when I try to <boot: expert>, I get image not found.... I believe I have the "whole disk" partition correct, but I don't have a way to verify this.
