That's a bug in util-linux's kbdrate. Doing some ia32 tweaks on /dev/port definitely is
not the way to change keyboard rate on sparc.
One can use KIOC[GS]RATE on /dev/kbd.
I don't know if such oops is bad thing or not, but perhaps yes, because
somebody could fill your logs with it. You can of course rm /dev/port, but
perhaps drivers/char/mem should have some architecture specific macro to
kill /dev/port altogether on some architecures.
