For various reasons, most of them involving a firewall, I can't get to
anon cvs at vger. Does anyone know of a site with a 2.2.5
tarball/patch to the standard source? Perusing kernel.org reveals
nothing more recent than 2.2.1. Is there no longer any need to apply
a David Miller patch to the standard sources?
