& I've been trying fruitlessly to acquire -any- information on

On the top of the top board ,
- Dataram logo, Made in u.s.a.
- 32 - km41c4000bj-8 chips
- Someother controlling electronics .
On the underside of the top board ,
- 34 - km41c4000bj-8 chips
- No controlling electronics .
- a .100" array of 3 rows by 22 pins .
- A sticker that reads, 64755 c1

On the top of the lower board ,
- 34 - nec 424100-60 chips
- a female version of the above .100" array .
- 1 - dataram , 80074b ( 1.0625" square ) mae in 9309
- an 8 pin header ( serial ?) with cable which attaches
to the sparc classic mother board 8 pin header.
- some other controlling electronics .
On the underside of the lower board ,
- 32 - nec 424100-60 chips
- sbus connector
- some other controlling electronics .
- a sticker that reads 64757 D0
