I don't think any of them will. If its a Crescendo/Cisco/Interphase card,
then a couple of us have tried to contact them (Interphase owns them
currently) and get information, and they're just completely unresponsive.
If you have any luck, let me know, I've got a couple of their CDDI cards
that should present a very similar interface, and wouldn't mind getting
them working.
