What does Netscape do when sitting idle on a desktop? On my IPX, it consumes 30-40%
when just sitting there. Also, CPU consumption for top goes from about 7% to about
25% when Netscape is active.
This is pretty expensive (CPU wise) for something to be sitting idle.
