I'd make sure...
I just tried installing two different drives into my ss20 at home.
It could have just been that the person selling me the drives had
a couple of defective ones (which is probably the real case). Even
though I could put the drives into the machine, I could not get
"test disk3" to pass self test.
I'm planning to get a couple of ST32100WC drives to start with
(these are 1 Gb drives that Sun used for SS5/20 systems).
I've also received information about getting a 4.5 Gb drive from
CDW that should work too.
