Any advice would be greatly appreciated Well, to work around the CDROM install, I've downloaded the latest ramdisk.img and used 2 new floppies to create my boot disks. Strangely, I have to specify 'install-2.9' at the SILO prompt to get the install to work. I could not find documentation on the different SILO options. How does 'install-2.9' differ from 'install'. +------------------------ | christoph | [EMAIL PROTECTED] | http://home.ici.net/~linuxguy - To unsubscribe from this list: send the line "unsubscribe sparclinux" in the body of the message to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
