I am using Redhat 6.0 boot images on floppy. During the boot process on my Sun Sparc IPC I get a message similar to:- 'cannot open console' ' kernel panic: init not found. Try passing init= options to the kernel. Press L1-A to boot............' What does this mean (init not found) ? Any help will greatly appreciated. Please also respond to this email address.
