FWIW, my classic does the same thing on a serial boot with normal floppys, no tftp.
I don't have a monitor either. :( Someone did mention that you do need a keyboard on
the serial boot to hit enter, but that was supposedly for after you insert the
ramdisk floppy. Worth a shot though, but I haven't had a chance to try it yet.
