RH60 install problems on SS2

Hi all,

I found this problem in some of the archives, but no
definitive answer was given.

Install over a serial console stops right after the initial
mkfs.ext2 - it just seems to wait indefinatively. I can't
try a normal install, as I don't have a keyboard for
the system.

Any clues?
