Just a guess, have you read the faq at www.ultralinux.org about
some Ultras not booting from floppy ? I'm not sure if there was
another solution but to boot from CD/net tho..
All Ultra systems other than Ultra/AXi and Ultra/AXmp cannot
successfully boot from floppy.
It is a bug in the boot firmware. So basically your options
are either CDROM or net booting for %99 of Ultra systems.
