Hi Natalie, I'm a user for Agilent Q-TOF 6520 and potentially a new user for trapper. I have tried to use the software to convert .d file generated by MassHunter to .mzXML file, but I got the following errors:
C:\Program Files\trapper>trapper --mzXML -v C:\test\blank.d C:\test \blank.mzXML Settings: centroid scans: 0 compress scans: 0 verbose mode: 1 skip checksum: 0 deisotope:0 requirePeptideLikeAbundanceProfile: 0 relativeTolerance: 0 absoluteTolerance: 0 limitChargeState:0 maxChargeState: 0 mzML mode: 0 mzXML mode: 1 input filename: C:\test\blank.d output filename: C:\test\blank.mzXML total number of expected scans: 5435 dual-mode file Device Type: 6 unexpected difference in scan counting unable to open C:\test\blank.d with MassHunter interface Am I doing anything wrong? (btw, thanks for all your previous post. They have helped me get started.) --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "spctools-discuss" group.
