As a test of function, I tried to convert a tutorial .RAW to .mzXML via TTP, but it didn't work. I got the following error: see below. Everything downstream of the pipeline seems to work fine: pep.xml creation worked from the supplied .dta folders, analysis, etc... I'm using TPP version 4.1.1.
