Hi everyone
The pop-up message which come from Windows XP to describe a
unexpected error and shutdown ASAPRatio when using ASAPRatio program
to analyse data of labeled by O18.
My process will be listed as following.
1. In the "ASAPRation Options" pane select "RUN ASAPRatio".
2. Change "Change Labeled residues" to "c".
3. Set "Specified residue mass 1:" to "c",4.
4. Click "Run XInteract" to analyse data.
additional the .pep.xml has been added.
I think may be error parameter lead to failure of program but I
can't sure. If you know please help me .
