Could be a software defect - go ahead and email me the (zipped!) input and
output files for the mascot converter and I'll have a look at it.  Also
include notes pointing me to specific examples of errors in that output
file.

The wrong information exist in the pepXML file
so
It may happened while converting the Mascot to pepXML
Any suggestion to solve this problem
